Once finalised in 2026, NOBU Beach Inn Barbuda will be a Caribbean hideaway reimagined where the famed K Club once stood, idealised as a handful of bungalows completely embedded among lush tropical gardens and sandy pathways on Princess Diana Beach. In partnership with Robert DeNiro and James Packer, the project spans to hotel residences and members’ only facilities, as well as a full-fledged community improvement programme, including introducing clean energy systems and professional training for island locals.
