Daniel Shamoon
Daniel Shamoon is the co-owner and director of Luxury Hotel Partners. After studying in London, Paris, Madrid and post graduate studies in marketing at NYU Daniel initially worked in real estate development in London, New York & Spain. He is now renowned for his concept design international property expertise and successful track record in developing multiple commercial and residential sites, including hotel, restaurant, residential, retail and leisure projects.
Daniel’s unique blend of design vision, innovative marketing and world view enables him to galvanise projects and energise teams. He is passionate about leveraging new digital technologies to improve customer and employee experiences.
Daniel has been responsible for launching hospitality concepts around the world including working with multiple brand partnerships and creating unique concepts in the hotel and restaurant industry. He successfully launched concepts such as Puente Romano beach resort, Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay, Nobu Marbella, Nobu Marrakech, Teranka hotel Formentera, the Hyde Miami, El lodge ski and spa & The Maribel in Sierra Nevada among many others. With a family background in hospitality Daniel has also created multiple unique F&B concepts within the portfolio.
Since 2015 he has overseen the digitalisation and high-quality growth of Small Luxury Hotels of the World while also forging a growing owner relationship with Nobu Hotels.
He is currently focusing on several new developments in Europe, Africa, North America and the Caribbean including projects in New York, Miami, Marbella and Antigua & Barbuda while continuing to oversee existing hotel operations and Small Luxury Hotels of the World.
Transforming lives through a long-term relationship with World Vision is at the centre of his philanthropic activity. Married with three children, Daniel is passionate about architecture, interior design, Branding, skiing, vintage cars, travel and of course, hotels!
Jennica Arazi
International real estate developer, hospitality concept design and branding expert Jennica Arazi is the co-owner of Luxury Hotel Partners. Having studied in London, Paris and Florence, Jennica went on to do an MA in Property Valuation and Law and subsequently worked for several years in the development, marketing and leasing of luxury shopping centres across Europe. She then followed suit with the launch of her own successful boutique retail concepts.
Jennica is responsible for establishing Ibiza Bay’s brand identity and full hospitality concept in partnership with the Nobu family; driving innovative F&B, wellbeing and retail strategy at the legendary Marbella Club, as well as successfully positioning newly acquired properties, like Teranka Formentera.
Jennica brings a considered, individually tailored and purpose-driven vision to each project. Mindful of reflecting a sense of place by harnessing and pushing the limits of local talent, the result is exquisite, alluring spaces and concepts that feel effortlessly put together with a seamless customer journey directly linked to compelling storytelling.
